I have spent more than 10 years in converting innovative ideas into compelling enterprise software products and business solutions in a wide range of industries and market segments. I started as a Unix kernel developer, moved into enterprise application business, and led a team to build a leading CRM/eCommerce products. After I got my MBA from Haas, UC Berkeley, I went to the other side of bridge and became an enterprise software product manager. Being on both sides of building technology products, I started to think what would be a way to better manage a technology product, particularly on an enterprise application. And this prompts me to start this blog to share my thoughts to all of you.
